Yin Yoga Immersion in Energy Arts
Yin Yoga Immersion - Practice & Theory - Language : French 🇫🇷
In this workshop, we offer a combined study and meditative practice of Nei Jing Tu and Yin Yoga. The poetic yet pragmatic vision of the Taoists is reflected in their teachings. Nei Jing Tu is the symbolic landscape of the human body's mystical energy system.
This is a card presenting a meditative practice in the Chinese Taoist tradition, considered as "Inner Alchemy", and in the Indian Yogic tradition, called " Chakra Awakening".

This course combines breathing techniques with poses Yin Yoga. It prepares us for the first stage of Nei Jing Tu meditation: Following the Buffalo and Pushing the Plough. The Buffalo represents the instinctive, uncontrolled movement of your diaphragm - the involuntary, spontaneous rhythm of your breathing. The Upper Dantian is located on the forehead, between the eyebrows, and around the brain. It is considered the receptacle of Shen, an energy considered more subtle than Qi.
