Week of June 09 to 15, 2025
Dear friends, we're delighted to announce our Yin Yoga - TCM & Taoism training module .
In this 50-hour module, we return to the Taoist roots of Yin Yoga and Chinese Medicine. We move from the physical body to the energy network, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
We'll start by setting out the framework of Taoist philosophy, and study the main concepts of their vision to understand their holistic approach to nature, humanity and cosmology.
This leads naturally to the concept of Wu-Xing (the 5 movements/elements). One day will be devoted to each element according to the generative cycle: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal. In order to learn the physiological, energetic and psychological characteristics of each element, as well as the location of the associated meridians .
We have two objectives with these 50 hours spent together:
1. equip you with sufficient knowledge of Taoist concepts and Chinese Medicine to enable you to practice, teach and pursue your studies in these two fields with confidence.
2. Give you first-hand experience of Qi apprehension through the practice of Yin Yoga, Qi Gong and Taoist meditative techniques.
We've developed a series of visuals for most of the concepts we'll be covering, giving illustrative support to the many Taoist concepts and TCM.
This module is steeped in Taoist philosophy, skilfully combining the two traditions of Yoga and Taoism. The practice of Yin Yoga combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine offers a unique experience of learning a health system and a methodology enabling the practitioner to regulate his or her vital force called Qi or Prana. This training module is heavily influenced by Taoist philosophy and returns to the roots of Yin Yoga.
We look forward to welcoming you.

"I wish I'd had the opportunity to meet them when I started studying Chinese medicine!"
I have no words to express my gratitude to Murielle and Sebastian for their teaching, their honesty and their generosity. I took two consecutive modules. It was a life-changing experience. As a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine, I was very surprised by their knowledge and understanding of TCM. Their teachings really helped me to put into practice what I had been studying for some years. They really make it so easy. I wish I'd had the opportunity to meet them when I first started studying Chinese medicine! I can only recommend their training to anyone. I look forward to continuing to study with them."
