Our meditation and philosophy module demystifies and clarifies the spiritual approach to yoga through the analysis of perception and the cognitive field.

  • February 8&9 - 15&16 - 22&23

6 sessions of 7 hours online + 7 hours of group and personal work.

Dear friends and yoga practitioners, we are delighted to offer you our training module on Yin Yoga and the practice of meditation, alongside the study of Sri Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

Our intention is to present a map of the Yoga Sutras, following the author's sequential and cyclical approach.
Sri Patanjali is known as the great codifier of yoga, who brought together all the different practices of his time under the umbrella of Raja Yoga.

We begin by analyzing the four chapters and decoding the main psychological concepts, followed by their metaphysical correspondences.

We combine our studies of jnana yoga (yoga of knowledge) with yin yoga and meditation practices. This training is dedicated to redefining the boundaries between postural and meditative practices through the mediation of the breath. Our intention is to create a common space for both practices.

We have two objectives for the 50 hours we spend together,

    1. Clarify the vision of meditative yoga through a foundational text.

2.To open up a space where participants can either lay the foundations for the contemplative nature of yoga, or reconnect to this space and continue on the path.

We have developed a series of visuals for most of the concepts we will cover, giving illustrative support to the Sutras.

The wisdom of the Yoga Sutras is luminous and a reference point for all yogis, from ethics to transpersonal experiences.

This is a so-called eternal teaching (philosophia perennis) whose relevance stretches back thousands of years to the present day.

This founding text is a reference point for its universality. It can be interpreted in a multitude of ways, and generously delivers its share of revelations to the willing and benevolent practitioner.

We'd be delighted to have you on board.
