Theory - Qi and its correlation with the Macrocosm
What is Qi? Often translated as vital energy, Qi was regarded in ancient civilisations as an entity endowed with autonomous intelligence. This concept has encompassed most civilisations under different names such as KI in Japan, Prana in India, KA in Egypt, Pneuma in Greece and Materia incorporea for the Christian Mystics.
Let's take a look together and explore the mysterious concept of Qi and its relationship with our environment.
SATURDAY 02 NOVEMBER - 13.00 - 16.00
Theory - Qi and its correlation with the Microcosm
Just as Qi is influenced by the environment, it is also influenced by the emotions. In the ancient Chinese system, there is a relationship between the elements, the circulation of Qi in the organs and emotional states. Let's look together at the relationship between these different aspects.

SUNDAY 03 NOVEMBER - 13.00 - 16.00
Theory - The 6 Meridians of the Upper Limbs
After reviewing the lower limbs, we'll examine the meridians that run through the upper body and the main muscle groups linked to each meridian. Learning the relationship between the meridians and their main muscle groups is the easiest entry into practice.
