Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training Module 2 is a natural development of our previous module. We move from the structural body to the energetic anatomy according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. We use the network of meridians to understand the flow of our Qi / Prana in our three bodies: physical, emotional and mental. This module is infused with Taoist philosophy. Skilfully combining the 2 traditions of Yoga and Taoism. The practice of Yin Yoga combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine offers a unique experience of learning a health system and a methodology enabling the practitioner to regulate their vital force called Qi or Prana. This training module is largely influenced by Taoist philosophy and renew with the roots of Yin Yoga.
