Yin Yoga & The Energetic Arts
Yin Yoga Immersion - Practice & Theory - Language : English 🇬🇧
In this workshop, we will explore the practice of Yin Yoga, combined with the theory of Nei Jing Tu. The poetic yet pragmatic vision of the Taoists is reflected in their teachings. The Nei Jing Tu is a symbolic landscape of the esoteric energy system that animates the human body. It is a guide for practitioners of the Chinese Taoist tradition, regarded as an "inner alchemy". In the Indian yogic tradition, it is known as the "awakening of the chakras".

Theory - Karma & Strategies
The practice of meditation will inevitably awaken certain dormant karmic seeds in the form of physical restlessness, desires, emotions, memories and thoughts. We need to process these karmic seeds patiently and maturely if we are to raise our consciousness and avoid their damaging effects. We can do this by either dismissing them, neutralising them, tracing them, observing them or absorbing them. Let's explore yogic strategies for managing these tendencies together.

Theory - Analysis of the 3 Bodies and 3 Worlds
According to yogic theory, the energy of all our unfulfilled desires and the karmic debts created by our egoistic actions are stored in the form of seeds in our chakras. These unfulfilled desires and karmic debts are at the origin of a new body of reincarnation in order to satisfy our desires for awakening or to fulfil our karmic debts.
